Return Policy
- Email info@viaderma.com (Subject Line: RETURNS) within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please include the order number and date of purchase for verification.
- Once we process your return, we will email you a return shipping label that you can attach to the package and mail back to us.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package.
- Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original payment method.
- Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
